What is the Aragon Social Responsibility Plan?

With the aim of promoting Corporate Social Responsibility, the Government of Aragon alongside other entities (the Aragon Confederation of Employers, the Aragon Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Confederation, the General Union of Workers of Aragon and the Workers’ Commissions of Aragon) signed in November 2015 the implementation of a Corporate and Business Social Responsibility Plan. This scheme targets all those who work and operate in the Autonomous Community of Aragon: self-employed workers, companies, public and private organizations, etc. In order to achieve the objective of this plan, it is necessary to implement and engage in social responsibility.implantar y aplicar prácticas socialmente responsables.

Algunos de los conceptos que pretende defender este Plan de Responsabilidad Social son la sensibilización, compromiso, formación y transparencia. Este sello asegura una trasparencia en la gestión empresarial y un claro compromiso ético, social y medioambiental.

GRES ARAGÓN RSA Great Company label

GRES DE ARAGÓN ha obtenido recientemente el sello RSA Gran Empresa concedido por el Instituto Aragonés de Fomento (IAF) a las entidades aragonesas que cumplen con los requisitos del RSA Program. .

GRES ARAGÓN has recently published its first Corporate Social Responsibility Report which is available on its website. The report concerns Gres de Aragón S.A. and FAVEKER S.L. that comprise the GRES ARAGÓN group. It details their performance in 2021 and touches on 2022 and 2023, the scope concerned by the 21-23 Strategic Plan. The report also outlines other matters such as the various policies overseen by the company (corporate social responsibility policy, environmental policy, energy policy, social actions, etc.) thanks to which the company has obtained the label.

This first Report will be updated annually and will coincide with the renewal of the RSA Label. The company undertakes to ultimately attain the RSA+ Label (i.e. the highest level of CSR by the Government of Aragon) for their social reporting standards.

The Corporate Social Responsibility is hereby the ideal framework to demonstrate our business philosophy. The RSA Label is just the first step toward our long-term commitment to join the Global Compact of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
