We have recently known that the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) in Spain corroborates that swimming pool water is safe against COVID-19, according to scientific evidence from the highest health authorities. In this line, the CSIC recognizes that "in swimming pools and spas, the use of disinfecting agents is widely implemented in order to avoid microbial contamination of the waters by the influx of users, and this measure should be enough for the inactivation of the virus " The report is an additional testament to the safety of pool water, which will allow families to enjoy these facilities in these upcoming warm days. Dear customer, I hope this note finds you, your family and loved ones healthy and well. After a few weeks in which we have been able to continue manufacturing in Spain, since last weekend our Government has forced to stop all unessential production in order to reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19. That is why, our factories are now closed. However, together with the tile sector companies, in order not to harm our clients, we have managed to convince the authorities to continue serving orders from our warehouses in Alcañiz and Onda, with the available stocks. We will do it with the minimum necessary number of personnel and, of course, respecting the strictest safety measures for the health of workers, transporters and customers. Therefore, you have all the Commercial and Logistics personnel of GRES ARAGÓN at your service to manage your requests, orders and loads that we will manage in a rigorous order of arrival and while we have material available in our warehouses; as it is impossible to produce one more single tile, at least for the time being. Mandatorily, we have a requirement for which we need the help of your carrier and / or freight forwarder. We will have to issue a “Responsible Declaration” for each shipment and we will need, before loading, a number of data that we will ask you in the processing of your order: such as registration of the truck and trailer, ….
