CERSAIE 2024: CERAMIC TRENDS, INNOVATION, AND DESIGN

Cersaie, the leading international trade fair for the ceramics and interior design sector, has become an essential meeting point for professionals and design enthusiasts. This year, Gres Aragón and Faveker made a significant impact at the event, and we want to thank all the visitors who made this experience possible. If you couldn't attend, here’s a recap of what we experienced during those days, along with a glimpse of our booth and much more.

During the fair, our booth stood out for showcasing the versatility of our ceramic solutions in various environments. Visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand our wide range of products, including some of our collections such as: Materia, Selene, Rodeno, Petra, Cronos, and Urban. These collections not only reflect innovation in design but also feature a color palette that aligns with the latest market trends.

One of the main highlights of our booth was the lineup of Acepool dedicated to pools. We showcased a pool featuring our Petra Beige collection, allowing attendees to appreciate the special pieces we offer while highlighting their exclusive quality and design. Additionally, the large-format steps, ranging from 120 cm to 180 cm, were presented as key elements for the construction of staircases and adjacent areas.

This year, we also introduced the new addition Ocean Turquoise, a blue-green hue that evokes the freshness and serenity of water. This color not only adds a modern and elegant style to the pool but also stands out for its ability to enhance the brightness of the space, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for projects aiming to convey a sense of nature and well-being, Ocean Turquoise beautifully complements the pool's aesthetic, providing an attractive and sophisticated visual finish.

We cannot overlook our line of technical flooring, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. With finishes that mimic concrete (URBAN 20mm) and wood (ARADECK), this flooring stands out for its versatility and functionality. During the Cersaie fair, we had the opportunity to show visitors how these floors can transform any space, adapting to various aesthetic and practical needs.

Our technical flooring offers various installation options to adapt to different needs. The line ARADECK,designed for outdoor use, is installed dry on plots or wooden structures, allowing for quick and efficient installation, making it ideal for terraces and gardens. On the other hand, the flooring URBAN 20mm offers greater versatility, as it can be installed dry over gravel, grass, or plots, providing a flexible solution for outdoor spaces. Additionally, it can also be installed wet with cement adhesive, making it perfect for projects that require greater fixation or stability.

This adaptability makes our technical flooring the ideal choice for commercial, residential, and outdoor projects, where a solution that combines design, durability, and performance is sought.

Moreover, its surface is easy to clean and maintain, adding value to its functionality. At Cersaie, attendees were able to appreciate the quality and multiple applications of our technical floors, generating great interest and recognition among industry professionals. We are excited to see how these innovative solutions will continue to influence design and construction in the future.

Faveker also played a key role at our booth, showcasing its innovative pieces for ventilated facades and fastening systemsthat captured the attention of numerous visitors. The ventilated facade is a construction solution that offers multiple benefits, such as thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as protection against moisture, contributing to the energy efficiency of buildings.

During the fair, attendees were able to explore the various options that Faveker offers, from pieces with different finishes to fastening systems that ensure a secure and durable installation. One of the highlights was the presentation of the volumetric designs from Faveker, which provide a wide range of architectural possibilities. These volumetric designs allow for the creation of facades with unique reliefs and shapes, adding dynamism and character to any project. Their design not only enhances the aesthetics of the building but also improves its functionality, offering efficient solutions for both large and small developments. The volumetric pieces allow for interplay with light and shadow, adding an extra dimension that transforms the appearance and perception of buildings.

The GA Brick range is a ventilated facade system that has generated significant interest due to its ability to mimic traditional facing brick using ceramic. This product not only offers an authentic appearance similar to that of traditional brick but also leverages the technical advantages of ceramic, such as durability and resistance to adverse weather conditions. Its versatility in finishes and textures allows it to adapt to various architectural styles, providing designers with the freedom to create facades with a classic brick aesthetic while enjoying the additional benefits of a modern material like ceramic.
